Need to return your product? Easy! If you are not in-love with your pieces that you have purchased, Riche Paris will provide you with a full store credit, once the items have been returned back to our warehouse.
Follow these simple steps to register your return:
- email us at hello@richeparis.com
- In the email; enter your order number (e.g. Order #1234) and email address or phone number. Please enter everything exactly as it appears on your order confirmation.
- Select which item(s) you are returning and give us the reason why.
- Confirm to us if you're returning or exchanging your item(s)

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect colour or sizing chosen. Customers who have received products with a manufacturing fault or incorrect item, will receive a refund as per our lifetime warranty policy.
We will refund with a store credit any item(s) returned in original condition within 14 working days from your order received date provided that the item(s) have not been worn, damaged, soiled, washed, or altered. Please note: Refunds of store credit are not granted if the item is damaged in the possession of the customer. Items must be returned in their original packaging.
*If the above is not adhered to when you make your return Riche Paris reserve the right to return the item(s) back to you.
IMPORTANT: All customers are responsible for the return postage costs.
NOTE: We do not issue store credit or refund on original shipping charges.
- International Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
- We DO NOT offer refunds on lost or stolen items.
- We DO NOT offer refunds on orders with tracking links that state it has been "delivered."
- We charge a $9.90 reshipment fee if there is an undeliverable address or attempted delivery return.
RETURNS ARE NOT FREE
We are not offering free returns and it is the customer's responsibility to send the item back to us.
Depending on the shipping method and carrier, your return package may take several days to reach us.
So please allow 3 business days to process your return once it is received by our warehouse.
Riche Paris items must be returned by mail.
If being refunded based on the above terms, we offer refunds to your original payment method on all full priced items that are returned to us within 14 working days from the date of your delivery.
Tip: Keep your proof of postage and tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in transit.
